1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, installing, or using the PuraCSS browser extension or website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, free trial users, and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Service
PuraCSS is a browser extension that enables developers and designers to inspect CSS properties, extract colors and fonts, capture assets, and analyze website layouts directly in the browser.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription. By using PuraCSS, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@puracss.com
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of PuraCSS. The following conditions apply:
No charge is applied during the trial period.
At the end of the 7-day trial, your selected subscription plan will activate automatically and the applicable fee will be charged.
You may cancel at any time before the trial expires to avoid being charged.
Each user is entitled to one free trial. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials is prohibited.
6. Subscriptions and Pricing
PuraCSS offers the following subscription plans:
Monthly Plan: $4.99 per month
Annual Plan: $39.99 per year
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at your next renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
7. Billing and Payment
By subscribing to PuraCSS, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
Failed payments may result in suspension of your account.
All charges are in USD. Additional taxes or fees may apply depending on your location.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@puracss.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will retain access to PuraCSS until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling does not delete your account. To request account deletion, contact us separately.
9. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time remaining on a subscription. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at hello@puracss.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Refunds for the annual plan may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the initial purchase, at our sole discretion.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PuraCSS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension
Use the extension to scrape, harvest, or collect data from websites in violation of those websites' terms of service
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to PuraCSS or any of its features
Use PuraCSS to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or obtain additional free trials
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, trademarks, and branding associated with PuraCSS are the exclusive property of PuraCSS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights over PuraCSS or its content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on PuraCSS without our express written permission.
12. Third-Party Services
PuraCSS may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors and analytics providers. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
PuraCSS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
The extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free
The extension will be compatible with all browsers or operating systems
Any errors or defects will be corrected
Your use of PuraCSS is at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PuraCSS and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Your use or inability to use the Services
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Any bugs, errors, or interruptions in the Services
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of PuraCSS shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PuraCSS and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PuraCSS at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PuraCSS shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which PuraCSS operates.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of PuraCSS following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We may notify you of significant changes by email.
